Nel torace di
una casa
c’è un cimitero
di conigli,
e due morti
sussurrano
in una scatola
di scarpe.
Chiedi e ti sarà dato,
Bussa e ti sarà aperto!
Fra i tentacoli
di un castagno,
sorridono due morti,
con le labbra
color seppia,
e l’alba rossa
nelle orbite.
Macina il mio cuore
per estrarre olio
di balena.
Scrivi il tuo nome,
sul mio polso,
col rasoio più affilato.
Tutto ciò che ami
se ne è andato,
Tutto ciò che ami
se ne è andato!
ENG:
Inside the chest of
a house
there’s a rabbit cemetery,
and two dead
whisper
inside a shoe box.
Ask and it will be given to you,
knock and the door will be opened to you
Between
the chestnut tree’s
tentacles,
Two dead
smile.
with sepia-colored lips,
and the red dawn
inside their orbits.
Grind my heart,
to extract
whale oil.
Write your name,
on my wrist,
with the sharpest
razor blade.
Everything you love
is gone!
Everything you love
is gone!

Segui la ruggine sui binari,
tenendo a mente ogni passo.
Non c’è da essere grati,
non più di secchi di frattaglie.
E’ il tuo pianto:
lo porto ovunque,
chiuso in un libro,
per decifrarlo.
Siamo zanzare che vanno contro,
una lampada folgorante.
La barba non cresce più,
dove stringeva il collare;
di tanto in tanto lo estraggo
dalla tasca
per controllare il mio nome,
sulla targhetta.
Continui a tenere
un capo della fune,
guardando l’altro strisciare.
Mi chiedo quale mano
stringe un giocattolo
e quale trema su un fucile.
Ogni bivio,
prima o poi converge,
e ci ritroveremo
boccheggianti
di fronte
alla fortezza di plastica.
Ogni bivio,
prima o poi converge,
e ci ritroveremo
boccheggianti
di fronte
alla fortezza di plastica
ENG:
Follow the rust on the tracks,
bearing in mind every step,
There is nothing to be grateful for
no more than buckets full of entrails
That’s your cry,
I keep it with me,
closed in a book,
to decipher it.
We are mosquitoes that fly against,
a dazzling lamp.
The beard no longer grows,
where the collar used to choke,
Sometimes I pull it out of my pocket
to check my name
on the plate.
you keep holding
one end of the rope
gazing the other drag.
I wonder which hand
holds a toy
and which one trembles on a rifle.
Sooner or later,
every fork
converges,
and we will meet again
gasping
in front of
the plastic fortress.

Quei giorni era come
se avessi avuto
nel cervello,
l’amore di un padre,
ansioso di nutrirsi dei
miei brutti pensieri,
con la bocca spalancata.
Presa la pala, arrugginita,
il pesce rosso,
scavò una buca nella sua boccia.
Il vecchio olmo,
morì nella sua testa,
con la solennità di un soldato
impiccato per la gola.
Un topo
puzzava di muffa,
sputava ombre sghembe sul pavimento,
e la bava, un liquame scuro,
seppellì la casa.
Sentii allora la macchina,
che squittiva in cervelli appassiti.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
La maniglia era congelata,
aprii la mia testa,
di legno fradicio.
Lo stesso squittio,
trasformato in carta.
Il cielo fosco si scuriva lungo la strada,
mentre i vetri si appannavano.
Guidavo!
Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
ENG:
Those days it was like
I had
In my brain,
the love of a father,
eager to feed himself
with my evil thoughts,
with his mouth gaping.
Took the rusty shovel,
the goldfish,
dug a pit inside its bowl.
The old elm tree,
died inside its head,
with the solemnity of a soldier,
hung by his throat.
A mouse
stank of mold,
it spat silent shadows on the floor,
and the slime, a dark sewage,
buried the house,
Then I heard the machine,
squeak inside withered brains.
Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
The handle was frozen,
I opened up my head,
made of rotten wood.
The same squeak,
turned into paper.
The gloomy sky darkened along the road,
while the windows misted up,
I drove!
Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
